There's an apocryphal interview with Tite Kubo that essentially goes "When I have writer's block, I just make a bunch of new characters". It turns out he never actually said that, but sometimes I wonder if maybe it's worth a shot...
Anyway... meet the ActiRangers International! I don't really have a storyline planned out for them, (Certainly don't know if I'll draw them enough to warrant giving them individual tags) but I do like how their designs came out. Let me know what you think!

Do we have a Rugby ranger yet? if not I could absolutely see them and Teal having a Pink/Grey relationship in the "kinda sorta exes, but not really". I'm thinking either British or Irish would work well.
