Beginning of e-grimuair, part 1! [IMPORTANT!!! MUST READ]

Due to many questions about how to achieve HFO, trans and other things, I am pleased to invite you to work together above all egos.

The problem:

Each of us surely has our own ways of achieving HFO and trance-state. Talking to you over the course of several years (wow! Thank you for staying with me for so long!), I have noticed that some things overlap, and some are really interesting. I tried some of these things myself and thought it would be great if others could benefit from them too. Maybe if we join forces and share our experiences, our overall HFO experience will become even better?

Basic questions are always the same:

1. How to HFO? How to start?

2. How to achieve trance-like state? Is it A or B? Or maybe C?

3. I am always very close but I can't cross the line, what am I doing wrong?

4. Do you know some techniques? Ways? Rituals?

Let's make an easy guideline to follow together!

I would like each of you to write to me within a few days about your experiences with HFO, trance and files (not necessarily mine, they can be from other creators).

Instructions:

It would be nice if you can write how do you prepare, do you follow any regime or rituals and what do you feel when listening to audios. More detailed the better. Feel free to name best audios you've heard that made you HFO or being very close to HFO. Remember to write also about your sexual life, do you have sex often, do you masturbate often, etc. I will then check this data and make a summary for all of us.

The goal: we will create a guide for new people together, but we will also expand our knowledge of each other experiences.

The file we create together will be available completely free of charge here on Patreon under the relevant post, probably in PDF format. It will be the first part of my e-grimuair.

Of course, anonymity will be preserved. If you want to be listed at the end of the PDF as co-creators, I can of course use your pseudonyms, but if not, that's no problem either.
