Yeah the southern fried seasoning is usually for Breaded Chicken (Some deep fried, others cooked in an iron Skillet.) Shredded beef is real popular in Texas, and Arizona in the USA (You can usually find 3 - 10 bbq shops in a medium sized city in Texas, with some pretty large ranches that have these sprawling bbq grills (They are called BBQ, but they are mainly shredded pork, chicken, and beef.)) I like most of these things, as long as they aren't deep fried, it's to much oil and fat for my stomach. But I will usually take the meat and drop it in a roll, with some Mayo and cheese. Really damn good.
