I familiar with that issue, the reason why it happens is because this scene was originally written in English, so game changes language to apply reverse translation and suppose to change back when this scene ends, either way, if you play in English, you shouldn't change anything yourself during this scene and it would be in English except for menu items, when it's over, it will be back to normal again
