n this evening’s upload, I had the pleasure (and challenge) of working on the incredible Kirsty — a powerhouse of movement, creativity, and energy. She’s a professional pole dancer, a full-time hair stylist, and, as she proudly puts it, a bit of a witch when it comes to intuition and energy healing.

This session dives deep (and we mean deep) into the tension built from hours of upper-body strain and core engagement — from gripping poles to wielding scissors. Expect shoulder work, traps, forearms, and glutes getting the proper treatment, all while Kirsty keeps the vibe light, a little chaotic, and very her.

Plenty of raw reactions, real pain faces, and some seriously good energy throughout. If you like strong personalities, heavy pressure, and honest bodywork, this one’s for you.
