Weeks after being caught, Okidogi finds himself reluctantly paraded in a formal-themed Pokémon contest. Stuffed into a tight tuxedo that barely contains his massive physique, he stands out...for all the wrong reasons. Embarrassed, timid, and clearly uncomfortable, he trembles under the spotlight, feeling like a joke among the other competitors. His lack of confidence earns him no love or votes from the crowd or the judges, landing him dead last.

But just as the contest is over and the winners are announced, a clumsy Mr. Mime stumbles and accidentally tugs on Okidogi’s chain. The effect is immediate: his muscles swell explosively, tearing through his formal wear until he's nearly bare. Instinct takes over: he flexes with raw power, letting out involuntary moans and gasps as the audience watches in stunned awe. In an instant, Okidogi becomes the uncontested center of attention.
