Patreon Posts/Censorship
Added 2025-01-16 23:18:49 +0000 UTCOk, guys. I thought I may have accidentally deleted yesterday's snippet by mistake. I reposted it and just discovered that today's post has also been deleted/flagged by Patreon so...
I've been hearing that a lot of Patreon accounts have been closed for posting NSFW/non-con art/writing... I haven't been formally contacted by Patreon, just had the posts deleted without warning/explanation. I'm not sure if third strike and I'm out? I've heard they can close your account without warning so I just wanted to let you all know what's going on in case that does happen. I wish they would issue a warning instead of just deleting/blocking things... Ream, the other subscription service, is so far unaffected and if anything happens, we can always communicate through Discord.
Make sure that your email settings are on so that you get a copy of each posting before it's deleted since I may not be able to repost it on Patreon. This just tells me that I'll need to do this on my own website in future because censorship is growing... Sigh.
