He knew Roth did it to prove he loved Jasmine. Fat chance. He was certain his daughter had no idea how much Roth was worth. Then again, Jasmine had never been influenced by money. It’s why his threats hadn’t worked on her the first time. If only Jasmine would take what was her due and cripple him before walking out of his life… But if the price was Roth and Jasmine coming face to face, he wouldn’t risk it.
