The Start of our Adventures in UTAH

The first couple of photos are of only me at the Sand Caves near Kanab, Utah. We arrived very late into the evening and were lucky that most everyone had decided to head out. I actually took some photos of Kurious in these caves, and I can't wait for you all to see those...maybe I will post them after these. ;) There was a woman and her dogs who came up right as the sun was getting to the point of no return, and we had about 20 minutes of shooting time left.

I asked Rhett and Kurious if they thought it would be okay if i went to the woman and asked her permission to shoot nudes in the cave opening just down from where she was hanging out. They didn't know what I should do, so I just went for it! She was perfectly cool with it and even told me "I won't even look!" when she decided to leave. True to her word, while I was shooting Rhett saw her pass by and she didn't even glance over at us. Not that it would have been a huge deal if she had, but what a nice lady.

The second half of this set of photos is from a small canyon tucked away in Zion National Park. Again, we waited until the very end of the day to set out on this little canyon adventure in the hopes that the crowd had dwindled a bit. Luckily, we got started out going the wrong way on the trail so we avoided a few people on our roundabout. LOL! We weren't able to get all the way into the canyon due to our poor shoe choices, but Rhett still captured some beautiful photos of us.
