This episode is really sad... I feel so sad for all the kids... Debbie being a little older gets that it's temporary but Carl is so happy and has no clue (just like Lip when he was a kid...).
When Debbie said she just wanted to enjoy it while it lasted... my heart...
Ethel has been through awful shit at this cult... and early in the episode, it's said that there were several girls who were rescued from the cult and placed in foster homes, can't imagine the horrors that went down in that cult.
Kevin's heart really is in the right place and I love that Veronica ended up being more sympathetic to the girl by the end.
Fiona also broke my heart with her mini breakdown after coming home from work... It's sad that no one tried to help her understand the basics of the course and just watched her leave the class.
It is so frustrating and sad to see how good Frank is at taking care of everything while sober. He's far from stupid and he's got skills. If he really put the effort in, he'd probably be able to turn their lives around for real.
I really prefer that Ian is not responding to Kash's advances anymore.
Poor Mandy, clueless about Ian and Mickey getting in on XD
All the characters are really interesting in this show and the writing/acting is just so good.
Loved this reaction :D
