I honestly love the way you react to shows in general because when it comes to the really big moments (i have the Good Place s1 finale in mind as the most recent one) well, that's always so entertaining and relatable to watch :D I love this episode (I'll keep saying that lol) and one thing I really particularly love is the way the scenes were filmed and directed. The kiss scene on the dancefloor with Tara and Darcy is so beautifully done, with, as you pointed it out, the colours of the rainbow flags in the lights surrounding them. I love the way Nick looks at them and the crowd is parted and he can see the kiss happen from afar. I love the scene between Tara and Nick and how she just feels confident to trust him with her secret. The running up the stairs gave me Pat and Pran flashback from episode 2 lol. The way it's filmed is so similar and chaotic, I love it. The scene building up to the kiss is beautiful. You can feel both of their emotions so well. and the sparks returning when their pinkies touch, so wholesome. The kiss is so beautiful too and yes, loved that it was not interrupted until after it happened. That's one trop that always annoys me before a couple gets together... That ending had me press next episode faster than the Flash XD (I binged all 8 episodes in a weekend lol, just like Bad Buddy XD) I can't wait for the next reaction :D

2023-06-10 07:52:48 +0000 UTCI think I'm in the minority of people preferring ep 2 over ep 3, but even so this really is such a good episode (but then again, I think all of them are)! and about you not doing over-the-top reactions, that's one of the main reasons I like your reactions so much! I watch some other reactors that have big reactions too, I don't mind them as long as they don't feel disingenuous, but I don't mind more lowkey reactions at all. I think it's nice to have a difference across reactors, since real people react to things differently, and that way you can get multiple perspectives on the same show. it's interesting! besides, your more quiet / lowkey reactions make it so that when you do have a big reaction to something, it feels more special haha
