When people learn to give and not take, take, take it is the foundation of a healthy relationship in all areas - including the s*xual act itself and including choosing to love someone. Who they are. How he cures them. How he stops them haunting people and places. One of the stories he shared was about ‘The Bermuda Triangle’ and how he cured the situation there: BERMUDA TRIANGLE “My wife and I were passengers on a small cargo ship bound for Jamaica. It was January and we were hardly out into the Atlantic before the storm hit us. To try and avoid the worst of it, the ship steered south and after a few rough days we found ourselves in the Sargasso Sea, ploughing our way through islands of seaweed in between which were shoals of flying fish – a wonderful sight. Less wonderful were the plastic cups and bottles trapped in the weed. This seemed strange when there was no sight of any other shipping in the area. Here the sea was somewhat calmer but one of the ship’s boilers chose this moment to burst spraying us with water from the funnel as we sat on deck for the first time and delaying us for two days more. As we drifted gently in the now warm and steamy atmosphere, I became aware of a continuous sound like MOURNFUL SINGING. It was particularly clear when we were in our cabin. I thought it must be a record player in the crew’s quarters and as it continued through a second night, I finally, in exasperation, went below to ask if it could be stopped. However, the sound down there was the same as it was everywhere else and the crew were equally mystified. On the third day the engines were restarted and we slowly made our way to Kingston. The incident was forgotten until, on my return home, I started to read about the Bermuda Triangle and the history of that area. By chance I found a law book on the lawsuits of Insurance Companies against British Sea Captains of the 18th Century who had been found to have thrown all their slaves overboard in order to make better speed. They received more money from the Insurance Claim than from selling the slaves in the cotton fields. It was an extraordinary and cruel trade. I discussed the subject some time later when I was speaking at a monastery in Yorkshire and one of the senior monks suggested that we should raise the matter at Mass the following Morning when we could apologise to God for what our ancestors had done in the past. This we did and following the Service three bishops in the North of England ordered the publication of the events to encourage other churches to pray in the same way; and to pray for those who had died so cruelly that they might forgive, and to ask that the path to Heaven might be shown to them. The date was June 1977 so the Service was referred to as the Jubilee Eucharist. The area known as the Bermuda Triangle had long been known for the many mysteries surrounding the unexplained disappearances of ships and aeroplanes in the region. A few weeks after the Service, an American newspaper contacted me enquiring what had made these incidents SUDDENLY come to a halt. Six Months later there had still been no further unexplained disasters and at the end of the year, the Bishop of Bermuda proposed a similar Service to be held in his Cathedral and another Clergyman, Father Don Oman, suggested that one should also be held out at sea. The Bishop set up a Scientific Team to monitor the accidents while I contacted the Florida Coastguard who informed me that up to that time an average of one ship a month and one aeroplane every thirteen months had been lost without trace. I LOVED Princess Diana and miss her terribly. I watched her wedding in Nigeria and when I came to England in 1981 as a student, and stayed permanently in the UK, I felt closer to Diana. I adored Diana and copied her fashion style till her death. I also started wearing hats like her and was called 'The hats lady'. Those days - female fashion was elegant! I AM of that generation of Fuhad's parents (Nigerian/British) who would LOVE to know what REALLY happened to beloved Diana. Even my Profile picture on Twitter is Princess Diana. As a Brit I want to know what happened to Diana. I took flowers to Central London when she died. I purchased the flowers from a Florist that was outside Holborn Tube Station. When the Florist gave me a Gift Card for my flowers, and I wrote: "To Princess Diana and Dodi" - HE IMMEDIATELY gave me a discount for my flowers and his poor face also looked so solemn! I sat up all day listening to her accident and death - heard it first from Dermot Murnaghan (he was on ITV then - Not Sky TV) just before 6AM and sat all day watching the box! Then on the day of her funeral - same. I wound up with a migraine, was in tears and in shock! Our Nation, Britain, will never be the same! Diana did ALLEGEDLY say (according to the Papers at the time) - that she was going to be k#lled by car accident to make room for..... Someone in the Church I used to go to - with whom I used to join on the street to Evangelise met Diana 2 weeks before she died. They went out in the evening/night time - as a Team as usual to evangelise to people and the homeless on the streets at Embankment etc. I regret not going that night. Lo and behold who did he see but Diana and her boys, out in the night, speaking to the poor and homeless - No cameras etc. He said he approached her and gave her flyers and spoke to her about our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Diana was VERY patient, listened attentively and took the flyers, listened and said she would contact him/the Team if she had any more questions about our Lord. Sadly - 2 Weeks later she was dead! We thought we had lovely Harry and Meghan (Harry is like his mum) - instead Racism and Jealousy drove them out of our Country! So we don't even have them too in Britain! So my favourites are no longer here in Britain or are sadly in Heaven: Queen Elizabeth II (RIP); Princess Diana (RIP); Prince Harry (USA) and Princess Meghan (USA)! At least - Thank God - The United States is treating Harry and Meghan better than some in our Nation did. Long may that continue! (By 'some' I mean the cruel bullies within some of our Right Wing, Misogynistic, Misogynoir, Racist, Elitist #Toxic British Press & #Toxic British Media!) I miss Diana so much! May her soul (and that of my parents) rest in peace. Fuhad is right - many of my generation struggle about her death. I am 61 years old now, Princess Diana would have been 62 years old. She was precious, beautiful, kind, lovely, and she was no racist. With respect to King Charles III, - (whom I know loves Camilla) - Princess Diana should be our Queen. I will leave it there!
