I tried twice today using the link to get tickets and both times it went through PayPal but not ticketek and then it was rejected by PayPal an hour or so later and refunded 😭 hopefully it will work again tomorrow 🤞🏻

For all who care, still not got my money or my tickets. The company sent an email at 16:33 to say they won’t claim the funds as the order didn’t complete, bank confirmed they claimed it at 16:15 and now they’ve stopped replying. Turns out, probably not coming to the show 😂👍

On the app, click on the ticket icon and check your order history to see if it’s showing there

They’ve now replied telling me they are sorry they can’t send my order confirmation email, literally the same everyone has been told. My order didn’t even go through my seats are still for sale 😂

Make sure you book a hotel ASAP especially if you are going to be staying near the O2 as prices will skyrocket nearer the time, fellow South African over here but living in Scotland.

This was their response: “Unfortunately, we are unable to re-send Confirmation Emails - sometimes these can take a couple of minutes to come through or be delivered into a spam/junk folder. You can check your order history for all confirmed orders: Once you're logging into your Ticketek account head over to "Account" and then "Order History". Please note, mail tickets will commence delivery within 4-6 weeks of the event date. SMS and Email tickets will be sent at least 3 days before the event.” I think we should be okay as we can see it in our order history

1. Book your hotel ASAP as prices will go up. I got a room 20 mins away from the arena, so as not to take any chances with traffic. 2. Hotels close to the arena will be more expensive, but they're more convenient. If you choose to do one farther away, make sure you can get to the arena by transit within around an hour. The trains in London are easy to navigate, but you must be on time. If you miss one train, you could miss a connection and then miss the show. Ubers will be expensive from that distance, and traffic could be an issue. 3. You can check back anytime to see if the general room price dropped for any reason. It's happened to me before (but not in London). If so, cancel your rez and rebook at the cheaper rate. 4. Wait to buy flights, as they're more expensive this far out. 2-3 months from the show is ideal and should be cheaper then. If possible, don't fly in the day of the show. Give yourself at least a day to get used to the new time zone. You may have jet lag. FYI I'm from the US as well, and this will be my 3rd time in London. Trust my notes.

I got a Mail from them confirming they had received my request and that they are very busy… I got time bfor May ✌🏽 As long as having the tickets on the app is fine; I’m good 🙏🏽 But I live outside the UK… in Scandinavia ; do I have to pick the tickets up or they will be sent to Me?!
