Please do take care of yourself Aushen! I know you struggle with insomnia (I do too 😭😭) but please make sure you get a decent amount of sleep and not just 3 hours everyday! I know you're working so hard for us and we appreciate everything you do but please don't push yourself too hard and end up hurting or injuring yourself! Plus you don't want to suddenly get sick again from lack of sleep 😭😭😭 please look after yourself pookie! We need our pretty boy healthy and well rested! 🥰

How does the cat like having the puppy around? As for the sleeping schedule, hm... No advice on my part, there, my own is terrible (and I have horrible working tendencies). My sister takes some sleep gummies and drink herbal tea before sleep, maybe it can help? Maybe even take some time to really take care about yourself and rest both mentally and physically, without worrying about content. For the riding video, trust your instincts. If you feel like it's not the time, don't force yourself. Maybe it will be in a hour, or a day, or even a month. It's ok! I'm sorry the posters didn't work out as you wanted, but I'm definitely excited to see everything you're preparing!

Read a book or listen to a book and give your body the chance to decompress. Weighted blankets can also help with sleep and staying asleep.
