Hey Samantha! First, check the consent settings. Sometimes Sims refuse to have sex because of preferences. Also, when I tested these animations in the game, I noticed they can't interact with this car sometimes. As if there is an obstacle in the way because of which they cannot start sex. Idk why this is and literally see this for the first time, but it is solved by a small change in the position of the car in build mode (put it at an angle or turn it 180 degrees)
