I second this idea. Space decapitation should be the modus operandi for space combat. Let them fly!

Mind you, if it had happened outside the airlock, the effects would have been, well, quite explosive and perhaps with some kind of 'jet propulsion' involved... the spray of blood coming out of the severed neck would send her body off in the other direction at quite some speed!
