Episode 347: Years In Review Revue: 1971 & ’81

Remember when we used to hit all the relevant years in the space of a single episode? Yeah, well, you can forget about that this time around. Once again, despite my very careful planning, we end up going into so much detail on a few of these topics that we still only make it about halfway through the intended conversation. It wouldn't be Retronauts East otherwise, you know?
This time around, Benj brings the science about 1971, Ben chimes in with experiences from ’81, and Chris mostly bides his time until the 1991 follow-up... which, for once, will be happening sooner rather than later.
Please, as they say, look forward to it.
I think this is my last post for the year (my next episode goes up Jan. 1), so please let me say thank you very much for your continuing support throughout a difficult year. I've already planned out my topic schedule for 2021 and have some big concepts in mind, along with some much more esoteric efforts. See you after we flip the calendar! — Jeremy
