A False Accusation Just Got a Man Locked Out of His Smart Home

Here's our latest vid, a little nightmare out of our present so-called reality, for those who would hand over their authority to tech terms-of-service, anyway.
For the rest of us who probably wouldn't go all out on a fully-integrated smart home, the popularity and omnipresence of these systems, and those like it, still threaten to surround and embed themselves in our lives, or at least those connected to us, the offices and homes of friends, families, employers. Not a good start, I'd say.

Have we woken up in a society where corporate terms and conditions usurp the basic inherent rights of the individual?
It's a conversation we've been having in a hypothetical sense for years, and now here we are.
While everyone has been distracted, the power dynamic between corporations and their customers has shifted and dramatically. Apparently, all it takes to get locked out of one's smart home is a false accusation of a racist remark. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Due process?
