Edit: I felt it appropriate to simplify the water and added one other minor detail to the background.
Here is a random illustration of Dash and Violet from The Incredibles. Dash and Violet are sharing bath time, and Dash is helping Violet take care of her harder to see places.
Ugh, I so didn't feel like coloring so that was a slow and excruciating process, especially since I hadn't done water like that in a while so it required some extra attempts to get warmed up on it. In the end I felt like I should redo it one more time, but I really don't want to have to do so, so I didn't.
