Official Hiatus Statement
Added 2021-08-15 16:03:40 +0000 UTCHey guys, just trying to make sure we cover all our bases here. For those that haven't yet heard, we're entering an official hiatus. The details of which are explained pretty well in the post we just made on itch.io here. However, I will just summarize the base details here.
We'll be on hiatus until 2022. However, we'll still be working, we're just gonna be doing what we can while Melo recovers, and then we're giving time to revamp our coding structure so that we can develop things more smoothly and not be as reliant on Melo should another personal matter like this develop. We should've planned for something like this ahead of time, but I suppose we were somewhat optimists and just like to believe we'll always be healthy and happy forever and always. (If only right?)
We won't be charging any of you during this hiatus because again, we still owe you 0.8 and that would just be scummy to accept Patreon support during that time when we aren't providing you all of the content you deserve.
We'll also still be providing occasional polls and updates here about development, and I know some of y'all will be disappointed with this news, but we've gotta take this longer hiatus to implement the changes we need to make to smooth out future development. I hope you all will keep sticking with us during this time and if not I hope you enjoyed what we provided so far.

Its easy to get lost in the dark clouds of the unexpected and the unavoidable, just try to remember those same dark clouds always contain the silver linings of Hope and Opportunity. Im certain that with enough time you will come to find both in the future that lies before you.

Besides it's only four and a half months which not too long. Wish you both the best in recovers and a uneventful few months.
