This is my first time watching this drama and I'm glad it's with you guys! I can't seem to watch k-dramas alone. I usually watch dramas with my dad but because I don't see him all that often, I fall out of interest in watching one. Watching dramas, shows, and movies with you feels like I'm watching with my best friends which makes it a lot better and less lonely. I do have a small story time that I hope makes you both smile. So, it's kind of rare for my dad to like anything Korean because "he can't understand it" and reading is hard or something, but when he does have interest in something, his interest is BIG. I was watching EXO Next Door with him (the greatest evolution in k-dramas) and I was very surprised with his reactions. You see...my dad is pretty homophobic and I'm sure you'll know what part I'm going to talk about. I was immune to the sad and shocking parts of the drama so when it got to the part where everyone (exo) was getting ready to leave the town and the brother of Yeonhee was running after their van to give Sehun that delicious drip coffee, I honestly had no reaction when watching with my dad. I turn to look at my dad for his reaction and he was sobbing. He glanced at me and was like "....they're soulmates...they deserve to be together." I was surprised cause usually he would say something like "they look gay, that's gross" but it was really wholesome. Anyways, sorry for my overly long story. I can't wait to watch more of this drama with you guys! Maybe I'll have a starting opinion on the drama by the next episode. I love ya!

Scarlet Heart Ryeo is truly amazing! One of my favorite dramas of all time and I'm sure the guys would really enjoy it and get super invested :DDDD

i'm not sure if there's a recommendation list somewhere, but i highly recommend watching 'flower of evil' when y'all get through this. it's soooo good and so underrated in my opinion! every episode is like a thrill ride. definitely my fave drama released in 2020

i used to be an older patron and came back because i saw y'all were reacting to this waaaahhhhhhh this is my most favourite kdrama ever as someone with autism. moon sang-tae (the brother) is one of the best representations of an autistic person i've seen in all of media in general. i'm so excited for y'all to continue watching this, but be prepared to feels a lot of feelings and mixed emotions a lot as episodes go by v.v but overall, this series is top tier and so well written, i'm excited to hear your opinions and commentary in the future ;3; <3 thank you for reacting to this!!!!

I would be sooo down to watch you guys reacting to Scarlet Heart Ryo, it has baekhyun so I think you guys would be interested and the lead actress is also IU, another kpop artist. But trust me that show is sooo good like damn. but anyways i'm so excited for the next episode of it's okay to not be okay. I have watched soo many kdramas over the past few years that I now kinda don't almost have any left, or any of the good ones. I signed up for Patreon cuz I saw you’d be reacting to this! This is one of my top dramas of all time because of the acting, the soundtrack, the storyline, the casting, everything is perfect!! Seo Yeji (main actress) plays these kind of stone cold characters amazingly well- we love strong female leads! I love how this drama touches on mental health in an accurate, RESPECTFUL way. All of the characters have such striking backstories (which you’ll get to see more of later in the drama) but each of the actors really embody the characters along with their history! Plus the character development is so satisfying! Jaesu (the friend) is one of my favorite characters to add some comedic relief to this surprisingly dark drama, but while it does have emotional moments the balance between comedy and seriousness and between the overarching storyline and the small side stories in between is really perfect I think. So excited to watch the rest with you! Will it be released once a week?

This drama is very detailed meaning you could miss a lot if you don't pay attention for even just one second. So go ahead and pause and replay stuff as much as you need and want. Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of this drama initially, mostly because tho there was a lot to take in in the first few episodes it did get slow at some point and I just got a little bored. And there was also something else that was bothering me that I'm gonna talk about when we'll get to that point. But recently I've started rewatching it again and I think I paid more attention to everything than I did last time and now I do have to say the imagery, the way it is shot, the editing, the messages, and the acting are absolutely amazing and beautiful. And although it is pretty damn dark, there is also a lot of comedic relief. It's pretty funny at certain points.

This drama is SO COOL. It's totally indescribable, it truly feels like fantasy and reality. Like you said it's like a book come to life. Very Tim Burton vibes and the classic Kdrama undertones. I'm so glad you guys love it so far, there's going to be so much that happens!

This show will make u cry, laugh and go through every emotion in the world. If it doesn't make u cry then for a real tearjerker i suggest Scarlet heart ryo its a phenomically good drama to just let emotions go and feel em there also some light hearted moments. Ps i really want to see you guys weep atleast once like really cry daamn i sound not crazy at all hahahaha. I suggest not to overthink every detail becuz all the questions will be answered later.

I think a big part of why this drama is so successful and well-loved is because of the actors. They portrayed their roles so well. Btw, as a Got7 fan, fun fact, the male lead here (Kim Soo Hyun) actually trained in JYP and Bambam had a same class with him. He always thought Jinyoung and Kim Soo Hyun look alike, and idk with u but I can see why he's so confused before. Also the nurse who made her sign, she is now filming with Jinyoung on their upcoming drama named Devil Judge. I think they are gonna partnered romantically in this drama but Im not sure haha 😄 I'm really happy you liked the drama, I'm also quite scared you wont liked it but glad you did

This definitely was one of THE BEST dramas in 2020. The plot, the characters, the acting, everything in this drama is grabbing your interest from the first episode. I understand why people might have said that you won't really like it if you were asking for a romcom, but at the same time, although it is darker and more serious than the usual romcoms, it has very well implemented elements of comedy, especially many in the first half of the drama, and I think it helps ease viewers into the more serious stuff and themes in the following episodes. I personally thought you would like it. Btw, I understand David and his fear of butterflies, people usually look at their wings and say they are pretty but their bodies are gross, they really freak me out.

This drama is amazing. I learnt a lot. I don't mind you pausing to re-read or to discuss any matters mentioned in the drama because that's what makes this a whole lot more interesting. Btw I don't know what drama you guys will be starting next month but Fight for my way and Welcome to Waikiki season 1 are REALLY fun to watch. They're both rom-coms and will make you laugh a lot but of course, it's up to you!

I'm so happy you started this Kdrama. I learned a lot of things by watching it. I love the way you react, I don't think you should change it. Really excited to see the next episode next week. About the Kdrama you want to start next month. If you want to watch a more lighthearted drama I recommend you watch Strong woman Do Bong Su. Goblin is also a very good Drama (Lee Dong Wook plays in it and Sungaje from BtoB, but his now in the army so you wont see him in Kingdom) with a heavier storyline (my opinion), but there are a lot of funny momenst. I especially love the Bromance.

This drama is incredible and of course Seo Ye-ji, the main actress is so incredible, she's the main female character in all my favorite dramas, and yes she was the princess in Hwarang. This drama talk a lot about mental illness which I think is needed, and they do it with such precision. I am so impressed by Jung-se Oh, the actor who play the brother who has autism, Moon Sang Tae. And what I love about this drama is all the connection they make between fairytale books and the storyline. As for an other drama I would recommend Hotel Del Luna, it's with IU.

Perfect choice to watch this drama guys!!!!! It was def one of the most successful and popular K-Dramas of 2020, very well done with meaningful messages since it touches on A LOT of mental illness and how trauma can shape human beings to be the way they are. Also the actors and actresses are top in the industry (FYI the main male actor is Korea's highest paid actor at the moment, paid around 600k USD per episode).
