Who do you want to hear on the podcast?

Who would you like to hear on the podcast? The unique nature of this project gives us access to a wide variety of expert guests. In the past year we’ve heard from Helen Hester, Dorian Electra, Taylor Lorenz, Jreg, Faraday Speaks, Brad Troemel, Angela Nagle, Dean Kissick, Nick Srnicek, JJ McCullough, Yung Chomsky and many more.

This is definitely the only program in which these names would all appear together. This project has the unique ability to draw from the political left & right, the radical & the mainstream, and from pop culture & academia. Many of these guests would decline to appear on much larger platforms but choose to come here for the quality of conversation, our commitment to shaping the discourse and the unique ability to wield influence upstream.

I’m interested to speak with content creators, writers, organizers, artists and more. I’m also curious to revisit certain guests to see how their thinking has evolved in the past year. Most importantly, I feel an obligation to build a platform for this style of independent research in a field that is overwhelmingly dominated by liberal non-profits and consultants, neither of which can offer a meaningful alternative to the unfolding crisis of online culture.

I’d like to open this thread for guest suggestions as I plan out the fall arc of the program. Comment below to let me know who you would like to hear on the podcast. If it’s a niche reference, give a social handle or a link to some content. I will read and reply to all suggestions.

Stephanie Skora. She creates the "Girl, I Guess" Voter guide, which is widely circulated among the leftist spaces in Chicago, and its reach seems to be growing. www.stephanieskora.com/voter-guide

Me, Margaret Wertheim. I wrote a book called "The Pearly Gates of Cyberspace," published 1997 (WW Norton). So much of what I said then about cyber-utopianism and Web1 apples still about Web3, maybe even more so.

Oh also the blowback dudes would be cool, I'd love to hear their thoughts on doing these well produced historical podcasts covering stuff that usually gets brushed under the rug.

Perry / election legal would be fascinating he's adjacent to seed oils and red scare. Andrew Callaghan would be my number one, other political leftists musicians would be cool like JPEGMAFIA or Killer Mike not sure how viable that would be. You already had YC so I'd love to have Brace/Liz. And as other have said having Nick Mullen or Andrew Friedland on and getting them to actually talk about their politics vs the influence of their show would be cool.

Dan Keller and Jack Wagner - shifting the focus from the Chart of Truth to some key points yourself and Dan made on YBS. Mainly on the rise in conspiracies as cope and a way to obfuscate disgusting truths and a system that doesn't care.
