Hey Demi, first of all thank you for supporting us on here, it means a lot. ❤ But I don't know what difference in schedule you're referring to since we've had the same schedule for each tier for around a year, maybe more. Each tier gets around 1 hr of content each week, for BTS at the moment that is RUN BTS and the behind the scenes (posted Mondays and Wednesdays). A reason we've only posted one BTS video since you've signed up again is because you recently signed up on Saturday. RUN BTS coming tomorrow. The reason everything is split into different tiers is because since we started we have valued around 1hr a week of content at $3.50 (we actually started at 2.50 but we felt that with the percentage patreon gets and the fact we split profits, in order to support ourselves financially and continue doing these reactions we needed to increase the price of the tier). Now, if we would combine the 7hrs+ into 1 tier at $15 and not the smaller tiers it would make it harder for people who only want BTS videos to sign up. Which is why we also have the $5 tiers, so if people only want 2 groups they have that option. You may say we are doing way too much but when we stopped putting TXT reactions along with BTS is because we started watching TXT alot more and it felt unfair to other tiers who were getting less vids for the same price, TXT was bonus videos but not part of the schedule. Also a little explanation for why we separated the k-dramas is because the $10 tier has BTS,GOT7,EXO, an iKON videos. (+movies) that is a lot of hours of content when you first sign up as a new patreon and a lot of hours of new reactions a month. When you split the current prices of tiers of BTS,GOT7, and EXO it's $3.50 for each, which at $10 is a little less than the 3 combined plus a k-drama. Which is why we added the $15 tier, which has Stray Kids and Ateez plus another K-drama. 2 more $3.50 tiers and a k-dramas. Which we added to make it more worth the $10 and $15 price tags. We know you're not hating but we take a lot of time trying to come up a fair price for content ratio when we're deciding on what to do. We haven't changed the patreon content, its been 1hr of content a week. Maybe you're referring to the unaltered reactions but we haven't had to alter that many videos, and they're all on youtube. Or perhaps it's because we're not posting short videos to fill up the 1hr a week (ie. the concert vids) which if you add up it still around 1hr, same as right now with RUN and behind the scenes. We enjoy the videos and groups we watch now and as we've said we haven't lessened the scheduled videos for tiers so we won't be dropping groups. We hope you understand a little more on what goes on and how/why we decide certain things. If you have more questions we're happy to answer, since we may have missed a few things that may need more explaining.

A few months ago I subscribed to your patreon on the same tier as I’m on now and you were uploading almost everyday on that tier and I felt like I was getting really good value for money. I’ve came back a few months later and you’ve posted like once in the time I’ve subscribed. I don’t understand why literally every single thing has to be split into different tiers. Like, we can’t even watch TXT and BTS on the same tier anymore?? You guys are doing way too much. Even the two k-dramas are on different tiers. Surely if someone is willing to give you like £10 a month of their own money, they deserve to be able to watch both of those. I’ve been watching you guys on YouTube for about a year and have subscribed to your Patreon multiple times. I’m a fan so I don’t want it to come off like I’m hating on you. I just wish you’d either do less groups, because, be honest, the majority of people really only care about BTS, or remove some of the tiers so we get more content for our pledges.
