Added 2021-02-23 09:51:13 +0000 UTCHey again! Holy cow, I'm so sorry for the extremely late update. Hopefully this isn't TMI, but I had to fight off an infection that hit me like a freight train. Luckily I was able to get a diagnosis and prescription online before it got even worse.
Anyways, in better news, this month's winner is Neapolitan from RWBY. As suggested by Sideswipe109! I've actually never seen RWBY but I absolutely love the quirky idea of an umbrella as a weapon.
