2024-05-24 21:11:22 +0000 UTCThe British army serves the whole of the UK and is made up of military personal from all geographical areas, and their are units, battalions etc. which are specifically Welsh. Prince William served in the RAF and was a helicopter pilot who also flew the mountain rescue helicopters based at RAF Valley on Anglesey, I'm a mountain runner and live in the mountains of Snowdonia not far from the air base so always joked if I ever needed rescuing it could have been Prince William flying the helicopter to come and save me!
