ORS Chapter 13.1 Release!
Added 2024-10-27 19:18:45 +0000 UTCThis new update focuses on Lena's trip with Seymour, and only has content for that particular path, but work on the following events for the chapter is already underway. So, if you're not playing Seymour's route you'll have to skip this one, but I wanted to try and make justice to one of the most pivotal plot-points in this story.
It's a shorter update, so the Alpha, Beta, Full release cycle should go faster than usual, since less bugs and tweaks have to be addressed. You can download the Alpha here.

I love this story/game. Absolutely love it but I have always kept Lena at arms length, and some, from Seymour. He is, it goes without saying I think, an odious character. However, when I saw that this update was all about the Seymour path, I decided to play it through again (from scratch - does that constitute dedication??) to see how the story goes if she goes with Seymour 'The Toerag' Ward from the off. I should say, at this point, that I'm a big fan or netorase but not a fan of netorare. I'm not sure what the difference is between 'playing away' and netorare in practical terms but the Toerag path end up, potentially at least, with Lena playing away and all for the Yankee Dollar. Hey! I don't judge. In this case, it's me who puts her in that position. However, and this is important, I like the fact that she continues to have ... I continue to have the extent to which she plays his game and, so long as I continue to be able to exercise that control, I shall be happy to play the Toerag path. As soon as I lose control, I revert to my default, interested to see how things go with, e.g., Billy the online subscription stuff with Toerag still trying to get his claws into her. I feel bound to repeat here that I love ORS. Totally, absolutely and completely and none of the above is a criticism. Keep up the good work and I shall continue to support you.
