Chapter 11 release date
Added 2023-06-22 11:00:48 +0000 UTCHi everyone! As usual, I've been hesitant to give a final release date, but now Chapter 11 is almost done. The writing is finally completed, and these days I'm going through the script, playtesting, polishing and bug-solving. I'm also making time for the colorist to finish the last scene of this chapter, and once everything is properly assembled the Alpha for Chapter 11 will be ready for publication.
Just to be sure, I'm scheduling the release for Friday 30th. I'll be also working on the epilogue that will drop after the release cycle of Chapter 11, so I can cap off the episode as quick as possible. I apologize for being quite absent from the community, as I've been focused on dealing with the project and managing all its components. Once it's released, I'll take a breather and make another Q&A and few polls, as well as discuss some other news.
Which characters are you hoping get scenes in this episode, and what scenarios are you expecting to see? Hopefully I'll have some surprises for you guys!

2023-06-27 16:52:34 +0000 UTCanother thing i'm always hoping for is wardrobe changes. in corruption/moral degeneration stories, i feel like wardrobe/appearance changes are always a good representation of the emotional and mental changes taking place. with that said, i'd love to see new clothes for a seymour-influenced lena, an ivy-influenced holly, and/or a jeremy-influenced allison :)

"As Ian: Did you kiss Ed?", "As Ian: "Did you decide to write a history-novel?", ... Thinking about all the relevant questions being asked, I don't think it would feel much different than just playing through the game with the ctrl-button pressed. But with skipping, you could alsways decide when to stop, when to relive a forgotten scene and you find every line of text that you never seen before based on your decisions. I think your idea woud be great for more usual games with about 3 decisions that really matter per chapter, but not Eva's complex masterpiece. In ORS, it would deliver only a very small benefit for a lot of effort. By the way: Skipping is really fast on a better computer, so maybe you want to upgrade if it feels that slow.

2023-06-22 22:56:14 +0000 UTCI do use the save/load function, but if you want to see all the paths and read the story while doing so, you either have to start from scratch or have a lot of save files, the same goes if you want to play on android or on a different device and either cant be bothered to retrieve save data or if its simply impossible to. Not to mention the game is not finished yet and there is more content to come which will obviously legnthen the game more, which will only make this inconvenience more pronounced. I know that implementing such a feature is a lot of work, and by no means do I have the expectation of it being included, I am merely making a suggestion which could improve both reading the story and gameplay experience in my opinion.

I wish Lena all the best and in real live, I would not even want her to meet Seymour once, but after some decent or mildly horny playthroughs, I would love to try an option like tge addiction-ending in GGGB. If only for once, regretting it afterwards and having to play a pure-love playthrough afterwards in order to lighten up my concious against Lena ;) .

It’s not recommended to use saves from the Alpha or Beta releases though, so make sure to wait until the full release to create the saves you’ll use for the chapter after that again.

I'm always down for Holly, so I'm happy to know there'll be a lot for her in this chapter. Hoping to see a Holly/Lena/Ian throuple storyline start to develop, or at least, the possibility of it start to appear on the horizon. :)

After replaying the game many times its really starts to feel like a chore having to skip your way to all the way to the newest chapter, and then having to do it again and again in order to see all the content, I think being able to pick the chapter you want to begin the story from would be a major quality of life improvement. Anyway, excited for chapter 11.

But right now, I have my vacations coming, perfect timing for enjoying the new installment of "best vn ever!" I always hope for Seymour and him being more pressuring than last time, even though it was a good thing to lower the pressure (if only to come back with even more strenght, i hope). But this is what I love about your games: Not the stupid "maximum corruption"-path of so many other VNs, but a pace that sometimes takes your breath (Chapter 9), but also makes you crave for more and even lulls you in in a (hopefully) false "not so bad"-feeling (Chapter 10). I wonder if it would be fitting if Emma took one with Seymour for the team, maybe to save her center, or if only my inner horny devil tries to convince me that this would be totally believable. Maybe Jeremy sharing his "not-girlfriend" with Ian? Nice to hear you also have a prologue planned :) . Wish you all the best :) .
