Fill out your sizes + addresses and all that good stuff and if you qualify YOU SHALL RECIEVE!!!
Only patrons with an active $25 tier membership between the dates 5-1-24 and 7-31-24 will qualify for this shirt. If you fill out the form and you were NOT an active $25 patron between the dates 5-1-24 and 7-31-24 you will not receive a shirt. .
