Only patrons with an active $25 tier membership between the dates 5-1-24 and 7-31-24 will qualify for this shirt. If you fill out the form and you were NOT an active $25 patron between the dates 5-1-24 and 7-31-24 you will not receive a shirt. .

Then measure from the left side to the right side about an inch below the armpits for the width, and from the top of the collar to the bottom of the shirt for the length :) If my wording here is confusing, you should also be able to find a pic on google!
