This month release schedule has been pretty tight and writing for Dave and Eva always takes a ton of time, but I think the story becomes fun and interesting! Let me know what you think, and, as always, please write down any bugs you come across!

It’s possible you get an error about “evapartysex” variable at the beginning of the update if you load a savegame in which you did not go partying with Eva. You can just press Ignore and it won’t affect your game. If you play a savegame from before the partying scene, this error should not appear at all.

It took me a while but I found out this is due to a variable mistake I made at the party scene with Mark and Jacob. Solved it, but for it to work you'll need to load a game from before that... I guess that's the problem with developing a game by chapters!

2018-04-03 14:47:35 +0000 UTCI noticed a minor continuity glitch: in my playthrough sexy Eva shows up in a date with Jacob after Ash met Jess, and Ash's thoughts comment that Eva "had committments now". But in this playthrough, Eva is still in a relationship with Dave, she's just cheating on him with Jacob (and Ash). As a matter of fact, Eva shows up at the art gallery to know the contest's outcome and leaves with Dave to celebrate his victory. If I were the author, I'd settle the issue by dropping the "no committments" line, and making Ash just think that Jacob had given Eva a really good time. This would work equally well for playthroughs where Eva is single, and for the ones where she is still with Dave.

2018-04-02 14:42:41 +0000 UTCI actually thought that it was in line with Dave's character that he'd say no to Ashley after that nasty breakup, so I never thought of it as a bug when I noticed it. But codewise it certainly seems like a bug, now when you mention it.

2018-04-02 13:00:03 +0000 UTCAll bugs reported in the alpha seems to have been fixed, but I found a new one I didn’t realize first time around: in lines 80191 and 80194 “jasminsex” should be “sexjasmin”. Also I found another small continuity error in the want Dave route: a thug Ash that break up with Eric last update (doesn’t matter if she gave him a show with Wilson or just dumped him) is considered still in a relationship in this update if she tries to have sex with Dave after the new drawing session. I believe it’s because the “single” variable (and even the “breakuplate”) is not set to true in v0.13 if that’s the way Ash finish the relationship. And there is a graphical glitch just after that: Ash’s face is shown at left of her body after line 79870 (“Ok. As you wish”).

2018-04-02 12:42:53 +0000 UTCI found a bug. In the Dave drawing scene, after Dave rejects Ash, Ash is missing a face after the line: Dave "I'm sorry Ashley. I can't do this with you. Not like this."
