"Of course you should have an own apartment honey, here's some money. We're family now!". Goes for boob jobs as well. A good investment for her model career as you say ;). (Traditional breast enhancement surgeries take weeks to heal, but a new method, and more expensive I bet, only have some days of recovery... Could work in this timeframe.)

Hypothetical, he could encourage her mom to go bimbo, with sexier clothes, better hair and a boob job.
