I agree sometime they don't grab you until you know the back story.

2021-11-23 04:56:37 +0000 UTCI think that's confusing, as well. Sometimes it's like a spoiler to watch the history episode beforehand, sometimes you really need to. Maybe that's why I don't take to some songs; they're just to hard to grasp if you don't know the full story already. You can enjoy 82nd All the Way without knowing anything about Sgt York and afterwords, when you watch the Sabaton History episode, you're just mind-blown and have to listen to the track again, but this song...? — it was hard to appreciate without knowing the story. I'm not saying it was bad, it just didn't grip me like some other Sabaton songs have done.
