Ilya and Shane were both 17 years old (Heated Rivalry books) when they first met in 2008. In the 2009 they are both 18 years old. I think they changed it for the show…not to sure.

2025-12-25 03:03:24 +0000 UTCAs far as I know, Shane is in the spectrum. If you look closely, you can see how tenderly and carefully Ilya handles Shane's insecurities. For Shane, coming out could be uncomfortable and it could possibly ruin his career, but for Ilya it's even worse, as in addition to that, it would put his life in danger every time he returns to Russia.
