Added 2022-05-26 15:46:01 +0000 UTCHello! May is coming to an end, and that means it's time to think about next month so without further talk here are the important points and changes:
- PRINTING COMPETITION: we have passed 300 (!!!!!!) Patrons, and this means it's time to celebrate! MyPokePrints will be holding the first printing competition, with giveaways of Resin and Filament. Rules will be simple, winners will be chosen by community vote, and there will be a category for resin and another for FDM to avoid any fairness issues. Exact details will follow in June.
- WELCOME PACK EXPANSION: There seems to be an expectation that when one signs up as a patron, they receive access to all previous months, regardless of the sign up date. This is not the case or said to be the case on any of the Tier descriptions. Some other Patreons may do that, but I do not for many reasons. HOWEVER, I have been bothered by the relatively small "welcome pack", and I will be SIGNIFICANTLY EXPANDING IT with select models from previous months as well as Pre-Patreon designs, and will continue to add to it each month. Hopefully this will be a way of splitting the difference .
- MERCHANT DATABASE: I receive many requests for printed figures, however I am not in a position to fill them. I am planning on creating a database of sorts with everyone who is a part of a Merchant Tier so I can more easily direct potential customers to your shops. I am debating whether or not to add an additional "Partner" Tier for those who are interested as not everyone may have the desire to be part of this. More info will follow on this.
