I really didn't like how Mon made fun of Kim during the debate because Kim not being able to decipher Mon's mother's handwriting made him look clumsy. He should have felt bad on Kim's behalf, but instead he was sneering and arrogant. Didn't Kim feel bad about his boyfriend's insensitive behavior? He shouldn't have given in so quickly.

2025-06-16 15:53:33 +0000 UTCThis was the weakest episode for me. During the debate they for some reason made Kim super clumsy with his statements while they should've made him on the winning end. I was one of the few people who did not like PE at all (except for a few things like badminton haha), but I do understand the positive and important points behind having it (like having fun (though I often did not) ), but also things like health. For me it was just a personal thing like being short and always being one of the left overs cause classmates just assumed I was bad, just made me lose confidence and perform badly. It's good that at least for once Kim stopped pretending to like something Mon likes just to get on Mon's good side.

2025-06-16 11:12:03 +0000 UTCgot a little too annoyed with mon and mon's mom on this one lol (rant ahead i wrote while watching so bear with me lol) yeah he's got the right to voice out his opinion but to want to cancel a whole event just cause he doesn't enjoy sports is not it either, what about all the athletic students? tho i dont expect mon to be that aware of the bigger picture, i do expect it from his mother! and it might be because i'm a teacher but mon's mom not elaborating on the purpose of this event herself when mon asked her at her office? HUUUH? teamwork? creativity? assign roles and responsibilities? promote sports and healthy competition within the academic community? you could even make this a project based learning if you gave the event a theme............. looking at what kit did with the green theme, you cannot tell me there isn't a learning lesson in all that........ LIKE AHHHH (also kit is gonna be such a good project manager lmao) i kNOOOOW its a show, and a "feel good" show at that, but i dont see nor enjoy the need to make this situation very white and black. mon's mom: BAD. mon? GOOD. like!!! they're both annoying and very self centered characters, going to the extremes, neither are willing to reach the other one halfway. in hindsight, this whole thing was just the means to make kim have some character development (and mon? not sure), which i enjoy, but is it worth it if your other characters are gonna act that immature? i actually enjoy the show portraying mon with his flaws, but like you said, they need to talk about the elephant in the room eventually and more importantly, give him some character development too, or the more they're making kim likeable, they'll end up making mon unlikable
