Small Update

Hey all, just a quick post to mention some things I forgot in the main update post.

Firstly, I'm going ahead with Nanotech Idol as the voter story, since it got the most votes besides the halloween one-two shot. That's in the pipeline now and should be good to go before months end. It'll be aimed at early December for $5 tier.

Secondly, I mentioned switching from Windows to Linux for a while now. Well... I did! Not entirely. I'm on a dual boot system just in case, but I've been exclusively on the Nobara distro for the last week or so and haven't had really many issues. I suppose that's not too surprising, given that I don't use it for particularly difficult tasks like animation or the like, but it's still an adjustment at times. Main problem is I can't figure out how to get my motherboard's fan sensors working with the fan control software available to me, but that's not really a huge deal.

Other than that it works pretty well! Did have to figure out how to get HDR working in games, but once I did it's crazy easy. Same with using Epic Games and Heroic Game Launcher and Lutris and so on. Still need to get my emulators set up for it, but that shouldn't be terribly difficult.

That's basically it. Just wanted to brag about being a slightly bigger than average nerd.
