Akin definitely wasnt willing to get drunk and flirty with the production crew with jun but i guess johnny was different? or sense it was a play crew he didnt think anything would happen... at some point akin for sure started talking to johnny as if he was jun (he was so drunk all he saw was tall blonde asian) but by then it was too late. he had no guards and his manager wasnt there for reasons i guess too? based on ep 1 and 2 its actually very weird how akins ended up like that alone... based on the time this story was written nothings gonna happen to johnny most likely not by the police at least its like late 00s early 10s they barely took male SA serious in western culture they didnt at all view it as legit in eastern culture they for sure blamed the victim at the time because he is a male. even male college students would get away with it with women at the time, they'd ask why did you go? who did you go with? what was the goal of going? you didnt think to not go alone? did you make any advances that would lead them on? and based on the answers to any of these the judge would completely drop the case. unfortunately
