CENSORSHIP AHEAD: pixivFANBOX policies update

And I have no idea how exactly the rule's gonna work. There's be blacklisted themes for money-involving options (FANBOX and pixiv Request aka commissions), much like on patreon. Except I've no idea who's gonna check and decide what's falls into the blacklist or not. I might need to detele previews here for starters... Anyways, here's the email creators received:

■ Regarding transactions for items
Many transactions take place on BOOTH, pixivFANBOX, and the pixiv Requests feature.
Some were found to violate the pixiv Terms of Use, Article 14 "Prohibited Conduct", Item 26 "Using the Services to display, sell, purchase, register, or engage in other transactions involving the products set forth below".
Furthermore, the rules or policies of Brand Protection for Card Networks transactions for content that is patently offensive, unethical, or promote criminal activity; such as, by way of example and not limitation:
・Sexual exploitation of a minor
・Incest
・Bestiality
・Rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior)
・Non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part
Under the Service Master Terms of Use, we ask that all users check for items that include the above content on BOOTH, pixivFANBOX, and the pixiv Requests feature, and if such content is found, delete the items or set them to private."

I myself made an account there, have a proof of an admin checking my application and then ...nothing, "profile is under review" since 2021 (or was is '20? LOL) My guess they're safe betting, only approving creators with big audiences (50-100k+) or those who do "conventional" porn, no "shady" hardcore fetishes 🥲✨

2022-11-16 12:01:03 +0000 UTCI would recommend waiting a bit more at least until they their final ruling before doing anything; I mean the overwheelming reactions from people gotta have an effect to them. If anything, I would recommend moving to SubscribeStar ^^
