No way! I used to train with Nathan and I'd take him to the gym when he was about 16. I'd be at his house waiting, his mom would be telling me he'd be back soon, and then he'd fly around the corner on his moped after having been at a girlfriends house, he'd grab a burger. and then we'd head off to the fighters class. He'd often cause us to be late the little cunt haha. Small world isn't it! Let me know if you'd like any more thoughts on the transition to MMA or any particular details you're concerned with. Bendon is a good Muay Thai coach and the other coach at Domin8, I can't remember his name, is a good bloke. Great instructor. Keep up the training!

I train and fight out of domin8 academy with Nathan Bendon, I’ve had about 8 Muay Thai fights and I’ve never really had to think about exits so far, but Im looking to make a move to MMA where you mentioned that staying in the mid range can lead to takedowns, so this was valuable information 🙏🏽. Im going to make sure I am exiting after my work until I’ve worn them down to the point where I can blow through them as you mentioned and also use exits to my advantage and run them into strikes. Thank you.
