So in the end of episode 2, I think they are : 24 yo for the older bro (as he's graduating college), 17 for the other as he's starting college (he skipped classes), and 16 for the girl since she's the youngest of the three (which explains why you don't see her in the flashback, she's probably not born yet at that time).
