Trained legs today 🥹

Here’s what I did:

Leg press quad 3 x 12 155kg

Hack squat 2 x 12, 1 x 15 65kg

Calf raises 2 x 20 20kg, 1 x 20 25kg

Leg extension 3 x 10 52kg

Hip adduction 3 x 10-12 47.3kg

I am feeling small and I have zero energy right now. With going on holiday, rehearsals, my gym being closed and healing from my tattoo my training and nutrition has been really inconsistent the last few weeks 😭

It’s okay because life gets in the way and this does happen but I’m looking forward to getting a bit swole and feeling strong again hahaha. Honestly it’s the eating thing for me, I struggle to know how much I need to eat, I think I gotta eat more becauuuuuse I’m still aching from my session on Friday, my recovery time after sessions isn’t great right now. I’m just thinking out loud lol.
