Just got done with my upper body sesh, feeling good!
I’m trying to increase my protein intake to hopefully help with recovery because omg I am dying at the moment haha. You know it’s bad when you’ve got DOMS like four days after the session 💀 I’ve got some really really bad muscle knots all up my back too, for some reason I consistently hold all of my tension there…gotta get it sorted!
Anyway, biceps doing bits here 🥰
Hitting glutes and hams tomorrow!
