Hunter x Hunter - Episode 85 Reacction EARLY ACCESS

Soooo, about Gings license, i assume someone already explained to you the retcon they did this episode, but originally Gon has had Gin's license since chapter 1 of the manga, or ep 1 of 1999 hxh. The only reason Gon finds out about his dad being alive, that hunters exist and his dad is one, is because Kite told him and left the license behind to begin with. Kite literally started Gons journey, in chapter 1 of this story It bothers me that madhouse left that out of ep 1. Gon even showed the license to Satots (lanky examiner) during the exam arc in the manga, sparking the conversation that was altered in the 2011 adaptation. So that entire scene of them sitting down to have a chat when they are supposed to be following the lion is invented and really forced and makes no sense since Gon has had the license all along, and for me really dampens the scene to come compared to the manga version atleast, where them coming into contact with Pitou is even more shocking and out of nowhere. As for the fight with kite and Pitou, there are a ton of good theories about the specifics of how the fight went and what he rolled, what it all meant, but cant go into it till you get further in the anime. What i do like to point out that most ppl dont mention is the landscape change and devastation in the area where the battle between them ended, which sparks the imagination for what we werent shown, it must have been quite a spectacle :D

I don't know if you've saw it , but this time, Kite didn't say " damn , bad spin/roll ". Does this mean that number 3 was a "good roll" ?

You're right, what he sensed was malice as well as aura capacity, both great enough for him to conclude she's unbelievably strong, especially with his past experience with Illumi who scares the shit out of him
