Just to clear up your confusion about the transformation limit. If a card has a transformation limit of 10, then that means only 10 of those cards can exist in the world. If one player has collected all 10 of those cards then nobody else can collect that card. So players will try to steal the card from that player and if they resist they will kill them. If they die then those 10 cards disappear and can be collected again. Thats why they talk about monopolizing cards so that other people won't be able to collect them. I hope this helps.
