Gyo on your eyes only lets you see through In. Kortopi's Conjured buildings are real, physical things, just like Kurapika's chains which appear real and normal to anyone who sees them, Nen user or not. There'd be no aura around them, nor are they concealed with In, so Gyo wouldn't help here in distinguishing them from the "real" base.
