I am watching through the videos now so I dont know if you will see this but you were discussing how even "Rabid Dog" gets tranquilizer on his teeth. Well, it could be that he is using a transmuter technique to make his nen take on a poison like force. Like how Killua changes his nen into electricity, Rabid dog turns his nen into a tranquilizer.

I just always assumed that he just somehow put Nen into that piece of skull, but with him being an Enhancer, I suppose that doesn't really make sense. Guess I just don't put as much thought into these things when I'm actually watching.
