They young guy (i always forget how to spell his name) was branded a latent criminal at age 5. Therapy (imprisonment) didn't help him so he was tapped as an enforcer as he had never committed any crime but that his psycho pass was high. So i always feel for him. He had his whole life stolen for him and he had done nothing wrong. He said he had been read as a latent criminal at 5. Yet he has such an upbeat personality. Feel for him.
