2018-08-11 05:08:33 +0000 UTCI'm pretty sure (correct me if I'm wrong) that Okabe only meets Suzuha for the first time in the series after the first dmail, meaning the future she comes from is a different future from this original world line we have returned to in this episode. She time traveled from the future in a different world line so the future she knows is one where Kurisu lives and (allegedly) becomes a SERN operative. Crossing back over to the other side of the 1% divergence line means everything that resulted from Kurisu continuing past her deathday is unwritten, and she returns to dying in the conference building after being stabbed. I think you confused the fact that because Suzuha comes from the future (one of many futures) that what she says must be true in all world lines, which it isn't. Sorry if this comes off preachy, just trying to clear some things up.
