Added Slots for Tiers! And FANTASY MONTH!

And as a reminder, April is when I host FANTASY MONTH, in which I draw and share art of the fantasy variety~! So I'm extending that to Patreon as well. April's Polls will be Fantasy-Related, so any suggestions you guys have, please comment below and I'll put that into consideration when I start creating the polls this month!
And Patreon rewards are slowly coming along, so be on a look out for those too!
