Surface Sound Mod v1.0

INSTALLATION:

First make sure you back up your "assettocorsa\content\sfx\common.bank" file. This contains the original surface sounds for Assetto Corsa so you can roll back in case of a problem (or if you just prefer the original sounds and want to revert back to them in the future).

Then simply unzip the content folder into your Assetto Corsa folder. Usually this is something like "C:\Program F...

Today it's ready! I'm excited to release my new sound mod that overhauls all the 'common' surface sound effects in Assetto Corsa. That means not only new kerb sounds, but also improved grass, gravel, sand and 'dirty tire' stone sounds when you rejoin the track. Join at any tier level to gain access to this new and very immersive mod!

My first published mod for AC. I always wanted the kerbs sound to be not only louder, but more rougher sounding like real life when you hit them and it shakes the whole car! This was recorded from my real Mazda MX5 going through the NGK chicane at 70mph during my visit to Nurburgring last month.
